The Park

'The Park' is a residential apartment project located in Jamnagar ,Gujarat.The design brief included a luxurious plush 4bhk apartment , single unit on each floor. The clients came up with this beautiful name and in order to justify it we designed a  private garden on each floor as green is the new luxury.  

 

Having a single unit on each floor gave us the luxury of planning. Therefore we designed the spaces to be well lit and ventilated , keeping the circulation into consideration. The living space flows into the dining area and an open kitchen making the house appear larger.We planned the bedrooms keeping plush living into consideration.

We kept the interiors subtle by the use of white and grey. One gets the feeling of distinct spaces by the use of materials.The Italian marble in the semi private spaces gives the feel of luxury while the wooden flooring in master bedrooms adds to the cozyness. The other spaces have mild beige tone and simple grey flooring.

The facade is all about exploring the juxtaposition of textures with use of exposed concrete , thermo treated wood and olive green color. The concrete part in facade is designed to be casted with a specific size of wood in the shuttering to achieve the texture of the veins on it , where as the horizontal extrusions are highlighted by the thermo-wood panels sandwiched between olive green color.

 

The common development comprises of a terrace garden with a yoga deck and an open air home theater for the common use of residents. We believe in making the best use of terrace which can be reflected in all our projects as fruitful use of space.
